Opal Group, Inc. was retained by L.C. Holdings to apply to enter the state of Wyoming's Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) related to the remediation of a 31-acre former cement manufacturing facility site with five structures and multiple silos that was later used for the excavation of arsenic and strategic metals from smelter fule dust.
